Harvested from Catimor and Typica plants, the beans boast natural notes of almond, chocolate, and lemongrass flavors beautifully enhanced by traditional wethulling and sun-drying. Even as processing experimentation grows across Indonesia, the cultural and economic roots of wethulling remain dominant, preserving the region's uniquely signature flavor.
