Cultivated by dedicated smallholder farmers, this exceptional lot features Catuai and Caturra varieties nurtured by rich volcanic soil, unique microclimates, and staggering altitudes. Expertly washed and sundried on open patios, these beans achieve an impressive specialty score of 85. The result is a delectable, SHG EP grade brew that sings with natural notes of vibrant grapefruit, smooth milk chocolate, and toasted hazelnut.
