Grown in the renowned Sidama region of southern Ethiopia, this naturally processed coffee comes from one of the world's most celebrated coffee-producing areas. Blessed with high elevations, fertile soils, abundant rainfall, and an ideal climate, Sidama produces coffees known for their exceptional complexity and vibrant character.

As the birthplace of Arabica coffee, Ethiopia holds a unique place in coffee history. For centuries, coffee has flourished in its diverse landscapes, shaping traditions that continue to influence the global coffee industry today.

This coffee is processed using the traditional natural method, where ripe coffee cherries are carefully dried on raised beds under the African sun. Over 8–10 days, the cherries are regularly turned to ensure even drying, allowing the fruit's natural sugars to infuse the beans with distinctive sweetness and depth. The result is a rich, fruit-forward cup that showcases the unique flavors and heritage of Ethiopian coffee.
